北京英国学校丨Successful Transition to Secondary!

At BSB, it is our priority to provide support and encouragement to ensure that our students have a smooth transition from Primary to Secondary school.

On Tuesday 12th March, we organised a special Transition Day for our Year 6 students in BSB Shunyi and Sanlitun. There was a lot of excitement as students made new friends, met new teachers and enjoyed interactive learning experiences. We have no doubt that our incoming Year 7s are confident that secondary school will be an inspiring journey of discovery.

In Design and Technology, students use STEAM techniques to see whose paper plane can fly the furthest!

We have many volunteers who want to try out the Science Flame test for themselves!

Everyone enjoyed the creative Art lesson where Ms. Milova demonstrated how to draw a beautiful heart.

Lots of excitement in the Mathematics Relay where students are having a competition to see which group is the first to solve 10 problems.

Glad to see great teamwork from BSB Shunyi and Sanlitun students in a Football match together in the dome.

The Transition process is ongoing throughout the year. Students are well supported by our teachers and excellent pastoral care system. Parents are always welcome to contact us for support.
