喜报｜万科双语学校顺利通过广东省义务教育标准化学校市级评估

12月12日上午，广东省义务教育标准化学校深圳市评估组莅临万科双语学校进行评估，对学校办学情况进行了全面、细致的深入把脉，并现场宣布万科双语学校顺利通过广东省义务教育标准化学校市级评估。

Shenzhen Evaluation group for standardised schools in Guangdong Compulsory Education arrived at VBS on 12th December for a full review and announced VBS had passed the evaluation of standardised schools in Guangdong Compulsory Education at the municipal level.

本次评估分为两个阶段进行。参照《广东省义务教育标准化学校督导评估实施办法》，结合《广东省义务教育标准化学校督导评估标准评定细则》，11月26日，由龙华区教育督导室统筹组织的评估组来到万科双语学校进行广东省义务教育标准化学校区级评估，对学校标准化办学给予了合理化的建议。

This evaluation was done in two phases. According to 'Measures for evaluating standardised schools in Guangdong Compulsory Education' and 'Evaluative methods for standardised schools in Guangdong Compulsory Education', Evaluation group from Longhua District had already conducted a review for VBS on 26th November at the district level and offered suggestions for further improvement.

12月12日，深圳市评估组来到万科双语学校进行复评，督导组专家叶峰主持了评估会。杨帆校长以“积极打造面向未来的国际化新型学校”为题，对学校进行了全方位的介绍，汇报了学校自评结果。

Evaluation Group from Shenzhen conducted the second evaluation on 12th December with the expert Mr Ye Feng hosting the evaluation meeting. Principal Yang conducted a comprehensive introduction themed 'Actively building a new future-oriented international school' and reported the self-evaluation results.

评估组领导通过查阅学校资料、实地考察、聆听汇报、现场交流等多种形式对学校进行了全方位的深入考察。内容包括办学条件、学校管理、教育教学、办学成果、课程设置等方方面面。

Leaders from the evaluation group examined the school documents, checked the school onsite, listened to presentations and discussions to conduct a full review. These checking included school running conditions and outcomes, school management, teaching, curriculum planning.

反馈会上，督导组组长何立君高屋建瓴，对万科双语学校的办学理念给予了高度评价，称赞杨帆校长是一位有思想的校长，办学思路清晰，培养目标通过课程来落实，中外融合、学科融合、信息融合做得十分到位，并从顶层设计、办学细节等多方面给出了中肯的建议。

During the feedback meeting, Mr He Lijun, the group leader commended highly on VBS and lauded Principal Yang's far-sightedness. He also gave suggestions for top-level design of the school and details for running the school.

 

杨帆校长对评估组给予的专业建议表示衷心的感谢。她表示，万科双语学校将在上级领导部门的支持下，严格规范办学，不负深圳市教育局、龙华区教育局及梅沙教育的重托，以评促建，办一所对学生负责、对家长负责、对社会尽责的学校。

Principal Yang acknowledged the professional advice given by the evaluation group. She stated that VBS would regulate the school running process and be the school responsible for students, parents and society upon the support given by Vanke Meisha Education and Education Bureau in both Longhua District and Shenzhen.

Mr Huang Siliang, person-in-charge for Education Supervision Office at People's Government of Longhua District thanked the evaluations done by experts on behalf of Longhua Education Bureau and Education Supervision Office. He wished VBS to reach greater heights in terms of education outcomes and assistance in improving the quality of schools in Longhua.

在杨帆校长的陪同下，黄思亮主任一行参观了校园，对学校优美的校园环境，高端的设备设施给予了高度评价，鼓励学校创新发展，成为龙华区民办学校的标杆。

Accompanied by Principal Yang, the group led by Mr Huang toured the school. They spoke highly of the school's facilities and encouraged the school to undergo innovative development and become the pilot private school in Longhua.

Since establishment, VBS has followed the national policies and ran the school by the requirements of standardised schools in Guangdong Compulsory Education. The school strives to nurture Chinese citizens with sound personality, academic excellence, international horizons and patriotism and the courage to create a better future which has firm foundations for building a new international school and the standardised school in Guangdong Compulsory Education.
