Geoff Cocksworth
Founding Executive Principal
深圳南山国王学校总校长
Geoff Cocksworth studies at three top UK universities, Exeter, Cambridge and London. He possesses both BA and MA degrees and a PGCE. He started his teaching career in London before moving to Canterbury in the 1990s where he has taught and managed at The King's School for over 20 years. He had held various roles at King's but most notably as Deputy Headmaster in charge of the academic life of the School and more recently as International Director during which time he has been travelling regularly to China. He has been a Chief A Levels Examiner and published various articles on education and is a regular contributor at conferences around the world.
Geoff Cocksworth 分别在英国埃克塞特大学、剑桥大学以及伦敦国王大学这三所英国名校获得文学学士学位、文学硕士学位和公共管理硕士学位。 Geoff 在伦敦开始他的教学生涯，20世纪90年代来到坎特伯雷， 在英国坎特伯雷国王学校执教和管理20多年，担任主管学校学术教学的副校长15年，同时负责国际事务。期间他经常前往中国。他曾担任首席 A Levels 考官，发表各种教育方面的文章，并定期在世界各地的会议上发表演说。

John Astbury has master's degrees from Aberdeen, Leeds and Leicester in the UK. He taught in Italy, South Korea and England before coming to China in 2001 where he has taught in Jinzhou, Shenyang and for the last 11 years in Dulwich College, Beijing, where he is Deputy Head of Early Years. He is dedicated and highly qualified educational leader with a real interest in how a school can operate at its highest potential through building strong relationships and cultural respect. He has a track record of leading projects successfully, opening new campuses and has significant experience in pedagogical, administrative and pastoral care.
John Astbury 分别拥有英国阿伯丁大学的学士学位、利兹和莱斯特大学的东亚历史文化及教育硕士学位。John 于2001年来中国沈阳锦州任教前，他曾在意大利、韩国和英国教学。2008年来到北京定居，现已在北京德威英国国际学校 (Dulwich College) 这所顶尖的国际学校工作11年之久， 数年间逐步从一名班主任晋升为学校学前部领导人。 John 是一位敬业、高素质的教育领导者，致力于探究如何通过建立强大的社区网络和尊重不同文化间的差异，深入挖掘和助推一所学校内部的发展潜力。 John 在领导重大改革项目、开设新校区、教学、行政管理及人文关怀上都有着广泛的阅历和丰富的成功经验。
Yang Lian Hong 杨炼红

Ms. Yang graduated from South China Normal University, majoring in Education Management. She has accumulated over 30 years of teaching experience in early childhood education as a teacher, assistant head teacher and the Head of the Shenzhen Nanshan Government Agency Kindergarten. Ms. Yang is a dedicated researcher in early childhood education with a special interest in the all-around physical and emotional development of children, and she has also led education related research projects of the '12th Five - Year Plan' and the '13th Five - Year Plan' at both the provincial and municipal levels. Ms.Yang is the chief editor of many books on special education, family education and related topics. In addition, she has been awarded the Outstanding Head of Kindergarten by the Guangdong Province and Top Ten Principal by Shenzhen Dandelion Education Institutions. She is also a Project Director of Pre-School Education in Shenzhen and a master degree tutor of Shenzhen University. She enjoys sporting activities, reading and traveling in her free time.
杨园长，华南师范大学本科学历、副高级(副教授)职称。曾任深圳市南山区机关幼儿园教师、助理、园长。从事幼儿教育工作三十余年，潜心幼儿教育研究，注重幼儿身心和谐全面发展，热爱幼教事业，深受历届孩子、家长、教师喜欢，得到业内高度认可。乐于研究，不断进取，承担主持省市区级 ‘’十二五‘’、‘’十三五‘’ 课题项目研究工作，主编出版特色教育、家庭教育等相关书籍。获广东省优秀园长，深圳市首届蒲公英 ‘’ 十佳园长‘’， 深圳市学前教育首批苗圃工程名园长，苗圃工程名园长工作室主持人，深圳大学校外研究生导师等称号。
