• 一直投身教育事业多年，富有创新精神，教科研能力强，多次获得国家级、省、市级各种奖励，曾被评为省级英语学科带头人、全国中小学英语教师优秀园丁。因“英语报刊阅读进课堂”课题获全国一等奖，受中央教科所委派参加了第40届国际教师年会

• 在深圳高级中学本部及属下金鹏学校，皇御苑学校历任副校长、执行校长等职，退休后还曾任云南A-Level中心昆明第一中学国际部校监，深圳崛起实验中学总校长、奥佛美欧国际教育发展中心名誉总校长，美国圣何塞维斯马丽国际学校筹备校长、美国EE教育集团高级顾问

• Lisa has devoted herself to education for many years. Full of innovative spirit, with strong teaching and researching ability, she has been awarded various national, provincial, and municipal awards and has been rated as the Pioneer Teacher of the Province, and the Outstanding English Teacher of National Primary and Secondary School. Won the National First Prize for the "Leading English Newspapers and Magazines Reading Into the Classroom" project, and was invited to attend the annual meeting of the 40th International Teachers by the Central Education and Science Committee of the People's Republic of China
